DEPOSIT / Cancellation Policy – Please Read Carefully!

One half of the Cabin Base Reservation amount is required as a deposit to be paid for all reservations for cabins

One half of the Full Reservation amount is required as a deposit to be paid for all reservations for RV/Campsites.

(For reservation of only one night, the full one night will be required for deposit at time of reservation)

All reservations are subject to a 45 day cancellation policy – in other words – if you cancel within 45 days from the first day of your reservation, no refund or credit of your deposit will be granted.

You are required to pay at time of arrival, in full, balance owing for all days reserved for Cabins and RV/Camp sites.

No refund will be given for early departures.
