DEPOSIT and Cancellation – Please Read Carefully!

• One half of the Full Base Reservation amount (excluding taxes or extras) is required as a deposit to be paid for all reservations for RV/Campsites and cabins.
• (For reservation of only one night, the full one night, including taxes, will be required for deposit at time of reservation)
• On Long Weekends we have a 3 night minimum reservation requirement in our cabins and RVs, 2 night minimum all other times
• All individual reservations are subject to a 45 day cancellation policy – in other words – if you cancel less than 45 days from your reserved arrival date, no refund or credit of your deposit will be granted.
• All group bookings (8 or more cabins, RVs, and sites or combination of) are subject to a 60 day cancellation policy on any portion of the booking (cabin, RV or site) – in other words – if you cancel any 1 item less than 60 days from your reserved arrival date, no refund or credit of your deposit will be granted.
• You are required to pay AT TIME OF ARRIVAL, in full, balance owing for all days reserved for Cabins and RV/Camp sites.
• No refund will be given for early departures.
• All prices subject to change without notice, prior to or after deposit taken for future reservations.
